JEFF WARLICK, BROKER/OWNER

As the Managing Broker and Owner of Peachtree Fine Properties, Jeff Warlick is charged with overseeing the company's expansion and business, consumer and client relationships. He brings experience, a positive personality and marketing talent.

Warlick first moved to Peachtree City in 1978. In 1983 along with 3 close running friends, they became the Founding Fathers of the Peachtree City Running Club! He also served as a volunteer fireman, paramedic and Director of the Peachtree City Volunteer Fire Department. (As a matter of fact, October 1, 1984 was declared “Jeff Warlick Day” by Mayor Andrew Young in honor of Jeff Warlick’s service to his community.)

Jeff Warlick has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Graduate of Finance. Warlick has experience as a bank executive, investment banker, past CPA and small business owner. He is a member of the Peachtree City Rotary Club, Fayette County Chamber of Commerce, serves on the board of several non-profit organizations and church.  Warlick is also a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, Georgia Association of REALTORS® and Fayette County Board of REALTORS®.

Seeking more education to improve his knowledge, Warlick's designations include Graduate, REALTOR® Institute, e-Pro and Luxury Home Marketing Specialist Million Dollar Guild.

Warlick enjoys running, scuba diving, snow skiing, sailing and playing golf with his friends. He has run 7 marathons including the Marine Corps and Boston.

CHRISTINE JORDAN, REALTOR®

Christine Jordan maintains the company and client details and is a partial owner. Jordan is a licensed agent. Christine Jordan was born and raised in Florida. She grew up as a “cowgirl” working on her father’s cattle ranch.

Jordan has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting. Jordan's skills in accounting, auditing, past CPA, banking, small business, closet design and staging are now used to improve and expand the services that we provide our clients.

Jordan became involved in real estate first by staging homes for sale with furnishings or home managers through her own company. The strict staging standards used in that company are still applied when we list your home for sale. After several years, Christine Jordan began selling real estate.

Jordan is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, Georgia Association of REALTORS® and Fayette County Board of REALTORS®. Committed to higher standards, Jordan has the State Registered Appraiser, Graduate, REALTOR® Institute and Accredited Staging Professional designations. Jordan enjoys running, weight lifting, decorating and home projects.
