Once we have received an offer, we will diligently research the dynamics of the offer including contacting the lender, requiring a lender qualification letter, validating certain information, reviewing and summarizing the offer, presenting all facts known to us and explaining the offer and your options. As a team, we work to negotiate on your behalf and present your position.
All contract deadlines are managed. You will be notified and reminded of all contractual obligations required of the Seller.
